Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • Occas strives to provide its customers with the finest shopping experience to enrich their lives. Due to the nature of our products, which cannot be reused or resold once opened or used, returns are not accepted after delivery.
  • Our products feature active natural extracts and ingredients, and damages resulting from negligence, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered under this Policy. This also excludes any adverse reactions due to specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient, and we advise conducting patch tests as indicated on each product.

Refund Policy

Occas emphasizes that it cannot be held liable for any damages occurring after the delivery of our products. It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video along with the original packaging for any claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products. For refund claims, please reach out to our customer email us at care@occasperfumes.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim, using the subject line “Refund For ”.

If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly reject it from the delivery partner immediately. In case your order is marked as delivered but not received within 3 days, please contact our customer care team at +918979222430. Refunds will not be processed after this period. Please note that the refund amount does not include the delivery charge, as they are non-refundable by our delivery partners.

Cash on delivery refunds will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your claim within 24 hours of order delivery with all the necessary details mentioned above. If your refund claim is approved, it may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of acceptance by www.occasperfumes.com We will provide all relevant details, including screenshots and transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated

 

Return Policy

  • In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy.
  • The customer should contact our customer care within 24-48 hours in the event they receive a damaged / broken/ leaked product 

 

Cancellation Policy

 


Cancellation of orders is only possible before their dispatch from the warehouses. Please note that a gateway charge of 2.5% will be applied to your order for cancellation. Refunds for paid orders will be processed and credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance. Once orders are shipped from the warehouses, they cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return to the seller (for prepaid orders), an amount of 70 will be deducted.

FAQ’s

Q.1) After acceptance of cancellation/refund how long would it take to receive back my funds?

  • Refunds for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
  • In case of a COD order, refund shall be issued to the bank account shared with the customer support team by the customer within 4-7 working days of cancellation acceptance.
  •  www.occasperfumes.com will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with the transaction id once the refund is initiated.

 

Q.2) Does the policy cover opened/used products?

  • No, the policy does not cover products which have been opened/used. The policy only covers orders having leakage/broken or missing items.

 

Q.3) How can I cancel my order in case I placed it by mistake?

  • For orders placed by mistake, you can always cancel those orders yourself on the checkout order confirmation page within the first few hours, also you can reach out to customer care on care@occasperfumes.com
